Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Sizing & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements for custom-sized garments. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Handmade & Embroidered Pieces

Many of our garments feature handwork, embroidery, prints and embellishments. Slight variations in colour, embroidery, print placement or finishing are natural and are not considered defects.

Returns & Alterations

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Sales are generally final except for confirmed defects or as required by applicable law. Eligible garments may receive one complimentary fitting adjustment.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated where required.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as carrier or customs delays may occur.

Intellectual Property

House of NKB branding, original photographs, content and original designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without our permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
